POOL INFORMATION

THE POOL WILL OPEN May 24th, 2024 at 10:00am!

Pool Hours

10:00 am-10:00 pm-Tuesday thru Sunday

(Closed Monday)

We ask that you spread out & follow social distancing while at the pool.  If the following guidelines are not followed the pool will be forced to close.

*Residents are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer and use during their time at the pool
*Residents must practice social distancing while in the pool and on the pool deck
*Residents must monitor their own children in regards to social distancing 
*Residents, if you have had a fever or been sick, please stay at home and not attend the pool until symptom free
*NO child under 14 years old to be at the pool without a parent or guardian
*Bathrooms will be one in one out-showers will be closed 

KEYCARDS

If you need a keycard, please use the online form to send your information or email your contact information to baileyranchhoa@yahoo.com. 

Remember to leave a phone number and address in your email!! Your first card is free and replacement cards cost $25.00 each. 

There is a 30 day return on all renewals of replacement cards. 

RENTERS 

If you are renting in Bailey Ranch or Sawgrass Park, you will need to contact the leasing agent/homeowner to get them to give you permission in writing that you can have a keycard.  They can email the office manager for approval. There is also a $25.00 deposit for rental keycards. The deposit will be returned when the keycard is returned to the HOA before you move from the neighborhood.

The Pool/Clubhouse is located at 10307 N. 116th E. Court.

There is a main pool that runs from 3' to 5' deep and a "kiddy pool" that runs 2' deep.

Keycards are handled by the office manager.  If there are any issues,  email baileyranchhoa@yahoo.com and the office manager will return your message.

If you are a resident and are selling your home, please contact the office manager to return your keycard at 376-1901.

Pool is closed on Monday's for cleaning!!

Please DO NOT consume ALCOHOL at the pool. This will result in your keycard being deactivated!

This is a violation of our pool rules!!!

WARNING: Any vehicle blocking driveways or mailboxes will be towed!!!

Attention:   The pool doors automatically lock at 10:00 PM. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS INTO THE POOL AREA OR THE POOL! THIS IS FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR RESIDENTS AND AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH CODES!!!!
